Our advance training kitchen, bakery, dining room & training restaurants are well equipped with modern culinary equipment's. And to update oneself, there's an information technology lab & Library as well. We strive to imbibe in our students the right attitude & proficiency required to excel.
After all, our efforts are aimed towards one direction, "Opening your Mind" BVCHTMS was established in the year 1992 with the motto of transforming young students into successful hoteliers by blending theoretical instructions with on-the-job practical training. At Bharati Vidyapeeth institute of Hospitality Management Education is not about attaining a degree but is a sign that a person is prepared for life. Our objective has been to create qualitative professional in terms of knowledge, skill and attitude for the Hospitality Industry.

Basic Training Kitchen (B.T.K.)
B.T.K is the first step for every amateur towards being a professional chef. We help students enter the magical world of culinary by imparting knowledge of various ingredients, cooking techniques & the basics of Indian & International cuisines. We assure to sharpen culinary skills & knowledge towards being a “ Professional Chef”.
Quantity Training Kitchen (Q.T.K.)
Q.T.K is the second level of learning skills required for volume food production. Students will be exposed to enormous & extensive regional Indian Cuisine. We train the students to develop supervisory &team-building skills required for appropriate functioning of kitchen.
Advance Training Kitchen
A.T.K is the supreme level of learning culinary skills. Students are trained about array of International Cuisine across the globe. New contemporary concepts & techniques of culinary are imparted to minds of young ambitions chefs. Students are encouraged to command & conduce the food production department for every institutional event.
Bakery
Bakery is a laboratory where students experiments various bakery formulas and they get hand on skills of baking technology. This is the place where students prepare desserts, cakes, pastries. This equipped lab allows them to invent new recipes. In this kitchen we also offer different chocolate making techniques.
Basic Training Restaurant
We have a well-equipped basic training restaurant, which helps give the students a basic idea about the operation aspects in a restaurant. Students are provided with knowledge of handling various types of glassware, cutlery & crockery used in hotel industry.
Advanced Training Restaurant
This restaurant helps the student to use the knowledge that he has gained from the Basic Training Restaurant and look into from a manager’s point of view of organizing and managing the operations of a restaurant.
Front Office
The Front Office lab is designed to give a complete practical experience to the students with a full fledged reception desk, bell desk & a designated back office area.
House Keeping
The House Keeping Guest Rooms(a standard room & a luxury suite room) are designed to give student a true picture and feel of a 5 star deluxe hotel room. In there, students get well versed with various aspects of cleaning, maintenance, aesthetic and interior decoration.
IT Lab
With the enormous growth of information technology globally, we train students with the understanding & operating of latest updated versions of software’s & systems used in hotel industry. We truly believe in developing students for future technology, by providing hands on practice in our well equipped IT Lab.
Dinning Room
Being a hospitality institute everyday we serve delicious & sumptuous lunch for our students in our well equipped& designed dinning room. Students enjoy the cool & casual ambience of dinning room with in-house music while relishing lavish lunch & also learning dinning etiquettes.
Training & Placement Cell
The institute has the reputation of providing the students of the highest caliber to the industry. We feel proud to be successful in training & placement of all our students for the past 19 years.
Library
Apart from experienced faculties, professional theory lecturers and practicals, we believe in developing students, “ a cut above the rest”, by providing them a huge collection of 3000+ books, magazines, educational CD, journals, newsletters and research projects in our voluminous library. Every student can refer our mammoth collection to expand horizon of his/her knowledge.
AV Room
Our experienced faculties use the Audio- Visual method to make students understand technical concepts clearly & easily. The air- conditioned AV room is equipped with LED projector & high quality audio system for faculties & students to conduct professional presentation modules.
Classroom
Our institute has well-furnished & spacious classroom. Classrooms are equipped with LCD Projectors & white screen to help faculties conduct interactive learning. All classrooms are airconditioned. sessions.
Auditorium
For the extravagant seminars & events held for different occasions, the institute has a well- equipped auditorium. It has seating capacity of 300+ & is supported with center stage, projector & highquality audio systems. Various cultural, informative, fun events & workshops are organized for extra curricular activities & personality development of students.
Locker Room
Every student is provided with individual locker for their daily college use and girls and boys lockers are separate.
Playground
Our campus is equipped with a magnificent playground to develop the sportsperson in our students. Various sports activities like football, volleyball, cricket & long tennis court to facilitate the students who are interested in playing tennis, are organized in playground for thorough development of students.
