B.T.K is the first step for every amateur towards being a professional chef. We help students enter the magical world of culinary by imparting knowledge of various ingredients, cooking techniques & the basics of Indian & International cuisines. We assure to sharpen culinary skills & knowledge towards being a “ Professional Chef”.
Q.T.K is the second level of learning skills required for volume food production. Students will be exposed to enormous & extensive regional Indian Cuisine. We train the students to develop supervisory &team-building skills required for appropriate functioning of kitchen.
A.T.K is the supreme level of learning culinary skills. Students are trained about array of International Cuisine across the globe. New contemporary concepts &
techniques of culinary are imparted to minds of young ambitions chefs. Students are encouraged to command & conduce the food production department for every
institutional event.
Bakery is a laboratory where students experiments various bakery formulas and they get hand on skills of baking technology. This is the place where students prepare
desserts, cakes, pastries. This equipped lab allows them to invent new recipes. In this kitchen we also offer different chocolate making techniques.
We have a well-equipped basic training restaurant, which helps give the students a basic idea about the operation aspects in a restaurant. Students are provided
with knowledge of handling various types of glassware, cutlery & crockery used in hotel industry.
This restaurant helps the student to use the knowledge that he has gained from the Basic Training Restaurant and look into from a manager’s point of view of organizing
and managing the operations of a restaurant.
The Front Office lab is designed to give a complete practical experience to the students with a full fledged reception desk, bell desk & a designated back office
area.
The House Keeping Guest Rooms(a standard room & a luxury suite room) are designed to give student a true picture and feel of a 5 star deluxe hotel room. In there,
students get well versed with various aspects of cleaning, maintenance, aesthetic and interior decoration.
With the enormous growth of information technology globally, we train students with the understanding & operating of latest updated versions of software’s &
systems used in hotel industry. We truly believe in developing students for future technology, by providing hands on practice in our well equipped IT Lab.
Being a hospitality institute everyday we serve delicious & sumptuous lunch for our students in our well equipped& designed dinning room. Students enjoy
the cool & casual ambience of dinning room with in-house music while relishing lavish lunch & also learning dinning etiquettes.
